We at the Woolskin Company are happy to accept exchanges and returns to the value of the purchased goods subject to the following conditions
Goods supplied in the incorrect size i.e. if you ordered a size 7 and we sent a size 6
Goods which are damaged prior to delivery
You inform us and return the item within 10 working days of purchase
Item is returned in the original condition the good was received
Include proof of purchase.
Email us photos so we can assess the fault
if the product is deemed faulty we have the right to decide whether to repair replace or refund.
We will cover the postage costs incurred in the process.
All sheepskin and woollen products are warranted to the original owner for one year against defective materials and workmanship. If faulty merchandise is purchased, we’ll repair the product without charge or replace it at our discretion. This though does not extend to problems that may arise from damage caused by accident (e.g. Spilling wine on article), improper care (e.g. Article soaking in water for too long), negligence (e.g. Pets chewing on article), normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time or use.
Slight dye transfer may occur with darker coloured sheepskin during the first few wears. Lighter coloured ones may pick up inks from clothing with which it has come in contact with. Exposing the sheepskin in the sun for too long may also cause some discolouration. This is not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Because sheepskin, wool, and possum fur are all natural products, there may be some irregularities and variations in colour, texture, fit, and wear. These traits are characteristics of fine natural products and add beauty to the character of our footwear, apparel, and rugs.
